Step by Step process
From the walk through to the start of the project
- Step1
- Call or Inquire on our website about your project
- Step 2
- A member from Catcord Interiors will reach out for more information within 24hrs. Here we will be asking for basic information such as type of project, is it commercial and residential project, name, home address, email and where did you hear about us.
- Step 3
- Here we will schedule a walk through with our estimator for a free estimate based on a schedule that works for both. 2-3days Before the walk through, we will reach out to confirm the time and date is still okay.
- The estimator will also reach to inform you of their arrival.
- It will also be great if you can provide a punch list of all the projects that you would have done prior to the estimator’s arrival.
- Step 4
- At this point the estimator will begin to estimate your project, please allow at least 3-5 business days to receive a proposal.
- We will send your proposal via email, and we would reach back out within a week to see if you made any decisions. But in the meantime, please feel free to ask any questions if you have concerns, add On’s, take off, etc.
- Step 5
- If you have made your decision and choose to work with Catcord Interiors for your project. We will send back the proposal with any changes that were requested, and all you must do is sign and send it back.
- Step 6
- Once the proposal is signed, deposit is collected which is the first payment and materials are ordered, we will schedule a date to start your project.
- Step 7
- Payments will be collected through out the project, once the project is completed, estimator and foremen will do a final walk through with you and the final payment will be due.
